FLEXSCHE EDIF

At the installation of production scheduler, data connection with peripheral systems would be a big problem. By using FLEXSCHE EDIF (External Data InterFace), data in FLEXSCHE can be easily synchronized with the external data (database and files).

In FLEXSCHE EDIF, data of FLEXSCHE and the database of external system can be directly corresponded by the data mapping tool attached to it. Input and output of differential data, which has been a difficult problem in traditional integration, and data exchanging function by calculation expression are standardly equipped. Therefore, production costs for developing interface would be drastically reduced, and it makes easier to be connected with ERP or production control system operated on a database.

Furthermore, it has the function to import/export the table on FLEXSCHE by dissociating in a relational form. Efficient installation process can be expected by making the best use of the skills for database operation (like SQL) which many system integrators possess.

Excel® Form Generation Function

Various forms such as operation instructions or shipment schedules can be outputted as Microsoft Excel® files. Layouts and construction of the forms can be designed on Excel, which is familiar to use. The characteristic is that the forms of multi-layers including bar codes can easily be designed by Microsoft Excel®.
By utilizing the advanced data mapping function of EDIF, information and format to be exported can be flexibly defined.
