User Interface

An easy-to-use user interface and rich functions are indispensable because the information in a production scheduler is vast and complex.

1.Project Panel

The project panel displays the data arranged in tree form, and can be edited and dragged to a chart. This can be used for operating various charts and for optional functions such as Snapshot and Editor.

2.Scheduling Panel

The scheduling panel enables dialog for setting scheduling rules to be opened quickly, and scheduling to be executed.

3.Resource Gantt Chart Rows

The arrangement of operations that use each resource are displayed. Manual corrections can be made easily and effortlessly. Just drag the operation to an arbitrary date/time and resource. Resource Gantt chart rows are the most significant charts in making a schedule.

4.Process Editor

The process editor allows for the process network to be quickly edited through an intuitive drag & drop.

FLEXSCHE Editor is required.

5.Evaluation Chart

The radar chart numerically evaluates the scheduling results from a variety of sections and displays them in the form of a radar chart. It also is available in the Snapshot function.

FLEXSCHE GUI Extension is required.

6.Chart Window


Display settings dialog

The chart window allows various chart rows to be freely aligned vertically with the time series in the horizontal direction. The mouse wheel can be used to easily scroll, zoom in or zoom out. The rows can be freely arranged by dragging and dropping resources, items and such from the project panel. The display setting dialog can be used to establish various settings for visibility, action and such. In addition, registering these as a style enables the charts to be displayed quickly and simply from a variety of perspectives. It also provides advanced printing functions including margin settings, advanced formatting of header and footer, monochrome printing mode, synthesized printing and the like.

7.Inventory Chart Rows

This displays the transition in the logical inventory volume of items and the tabulation value per unit time. Multiple items can also be added together.

8.Order Gantt Chart Rows

The order Gantt chart rows display the series of operations related to an order on a time series. This makes it easy to grasp the relationship between inter-process backups and delivery times.

9.Data Editing Window

Almost all of the data can be edited in FLEXSCHE.

FLEXSCHE Editor is required.

10.Navigation Panel

The navigation panel displays the actual visible area on an active Gantt chart window, and by dragging the mouse it is possible to quickly pan to an arbitrary location.

11.Bill of Resources Editing Panel

The bill of resources edits the usable resources for each process, the capacity value and such.

FLEXSCHE Editor is required.

12.Operation Viewer

This graphically displays the network structure or task structure of the operation clicked on the Gantt chart. It is also possible to search for operations on the Gantt chart using operation viewer.

FLEXSCHE GUI Extension is required.

13.Operation Panel

The operation panel displays a list of unassigned operations and selected operations. The display content can be customized. You can manually assign an operation by simply dragging and dropping.

14.Load Chart Rows

The load chart rows display the load ratio or load volume in terms of resource per unit time.
Multiple resources can also be tabulated.

15.Job Gantt Chart Rows

This displays the complicated, project type processes hierarchically.

16.Costume Function

This switches the display settings of each chart row instantly. (multiple patters must be prepared in advance)

17.Window Detaching Function

By detaching inner windows off the main window and freely locate them, this enables efficient read and operation of large amount of data in a multi-monitor environment.
